Returns & Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Returns are at the cost of the customer with a 25% restocking fee.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

1. Returned items must have no signs of user damage.

2. Original packaging required.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps in order:

1. Please send an email with the subject line “Return” to technbrain.net@gmail.com included in the email please provide Order Number and reason for return.

2. We will provide a return address with any further instructions required.

3. Find your nearest shipping provider and return your product.

Additional Return Information:

Please allow for the product to return back to us, after further inspection, an additional 3-6 days for the refund to be processed and returned to the payment method used.
